Great Jobs KC is a nonprofit connecting job seekers with career pathways and employer partners across Kansas City. Their existing site had grown to over 125 pages without a clear structure behind it, making navigation difficult for both visitors and the team maintaining it. This redesign rebuilt the site in WordPress and Elementor, improving navigation, user experience, and brand alignment across the entire page count.

Within six months of launch, the redesign drove over 100% growth in organic traffic through targeted SEO and content improvements. Beyond the redesign itself, the site continues to support the organization’s email marketing, social content, and print collateral, keeping every touchpoint consistent with the same visual identity.
